Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of your art collecting experience
Commissioned Works
Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned pieces, commissions are final once production begins (typically 3–5 days after confirmation).
You may cancel within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After this window, a 15% design fee applies to cover concept work already completed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your commissioned artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the artwork and packaging. We will arrange return shipping and either repair or replace the piece at no extra cost.

International Shipments
For international returns, clients are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment.
All commissioned works are professionally packaged and fully insured during transit.

To preserve your artwork:
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Maintain stable humidity levels
- Handle with clean hands or cotton gloves
