1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArtLux website (the "Service") operated by ArtLux Fine Art ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All original artworks, designs, and website content are the exclusive property of ArtLux and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Commissioned Works

Clients receive physical artwork ownership but grant ArtLux a perpetual license to display the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reproduce or distribute artwork without permission
• Submit false commission requests
• Bypass any security measures

4. Limitation of Liability

ArtLux shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Color variations between digital previews and final artwork
• Damage during shipping (covered separately under Return Policy)

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Beirut.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
